Our Founder
Marciano Real Estate Group was founded in 1983 by entrepreneur J. Marciano. Since 1983, the group has been primarily active in Morocco, as well as in Spain and France.
J. Marciano was one of the founding shareholders of the EURIS investment fund in 1986 — alongside Rothschild & Co., Bank of Tokyo, Banque Stern, and Carrefour — holding a 5% stake alongside international finance's elite.
In 1988, he became one of the main non-Spanish shareholders of the Tavex Group, the leading cotton textile producer in Spain. In Morocco, he was a partner in CITRAM and ELECAM (port infrastructure), founded the SETTAVEX industrial complex, and created Revolver Hospitality in Casablanca.
